These Terms of Service govern your use of the ClipLab website and our video editing and content services. By using our website or engaging ClipLab for services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Services
ClipLab provides short-form video editing, clip selection, content repurposing and related creative services. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing may be agreed upon separately with each client.
3. Client Content
You retain ownership of the content you provide to ClipLab. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide that content to us for editing and use in connection with the agreed services.
4. Deliverables
Deliverables will be provided according to the scope agreed with the client. Additional edits, revisions or requests outside the agreed scope may require additional time or fees.
5. Payments
Pricing and payment terms are agreed before paid work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may begin after the required payment or deposit has been received.
6. Revisions
Revision limits, if applicable, will be communicated as part of the project scope. Requests that substantially change the original direction may be treated as additional work.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, the client retains rights to their original content. Rights to final edited deliverables are transferred or licensed according to the specific agreement between ClipLab and the client.
8. Portfolio Use
ClipLab may request permission to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website or social media. We will not assume permission for confidential or private client material unless agreed otherwise.
9. Limitation of Liability
ClipLab will make reasonable efforts to provide professional services, but we do not guarantee specific audience growth, views, engagement, revenue or other performance outcomes from published content.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
